Very old cast iron bread oven door .

This listing is for an old heavy cast iron bread oven door, it could also be an oven door but I was told that it came from a bread oven that was removed during refurbishment of a property in the 1970s and apparently dated back to the early 19th century. The maximum dimensions of the door are 420mm x 420mm excluding the hinges and latch. It is in very good order and could easily be rehung. It has had a coat of black paint at some stage in the past but it could be easily removed and `black leaded`to bring it back to its former glory!
